Invibio is actively looking for an experienced and diligent Quality Assurance Officer to uphold our exceptional standards of quality and ensure the continual satisfaction and safety of our customers in the medical industry. More about the role
As QA Officer, you will be the quality lead on project teams to ensure quality assurance compliance for relevant products and services across their full life cycle. As part of the role, you will also manage customer complaints, corrective and preventative actions, and root cause investigations.
Reporting into the Quality Manager, you will plan, implement, and report on validation activities both internally and in collaboration with suppliers and customers.
The role will also involve participating and supporting all audits and liaising with internal and external customers in support of quality assurance compliance activities.
Your experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience operating in the medical industry. You should also have experience of Quality Management Systems and auditing to a minimum standard of ISO13485.
Must also have Quality Assurance and auditing experience with quality management systems.
You should be educated to degree level in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline or have equivalent experience in a related field.
