Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and play a part in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We will also require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
