This full-time, permanent role is based in Sutton, offering hybrid and flexible working options. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a diverse portfolio of accounts clients, primarily owner-managed businesses (OMBs), while driving business development and providing strategic advice. Key Responsibilities Oversee and grow a portfolio of accounts clients, primarily OMBs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Offer strategic advice on growth, mergers, acquisitions, and succession planning in collaboration with internal specialists. Drive business development efforts to expand the client base in the Sutton area. Lead networking and marketing initiatives to build connections and win new business. Work closely with senior management to deliver a comprehensive range of accounts services. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team targets, including GP, recoveries, and billings, are achieved. Create and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Manage, develop, and mentor senior staff within the accounts team. ACA/ACCA qualification with at least 7 years post-qualified experience. Comprehensive UK accounts knowledge, including FRS102, FRS102 1A, and FRS105. Knowledge of IFRS/FRS101 is advantageous. Proven experience managing OMB clients and delivering tailored solutions. Demonstrable success in building client portfolios and achieving revenue growth. Strong communication skills and confidence in leading client seminars and business development initiatives.
