About the Role

This post reports to the Marketing Director and sits within a marketing team of 5 at Warwick Arts Centre but also works closely with the University’s Campus and Commercial Services (CCSG) digital marketing team. This team supports with SEO, social media, and content strategy and insight, together supporting the University businesses (Warwick Conferences, Warwick Food & Drink Group, Warwick Employment Group, Innovation Centre, Sports Centre, and Arts Centre).

Warwick Arts Centre’s website is a key driver of sales and profile for Warwick Arts Centre. 76% of our sales income is via the website.

About You
We are looking for a driven and pro-active digital marketer for the post of Website and Digital Manager at Warwick Arts Centre.
This role is key in managing and maximising the use of our website and overseeing all digital communications at Warwick Arts Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that all events and editorial content are loaded and up to date
* Continual improvements and development to deliver growth, including UX design, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation
* Managing relationships with external digital partners
* Providing strategic guidance to colleagues on user experience, CRM optimisation (using Spektrix, our ticketing system) as well as content strategy based on brand message
To be considered for this role you’ll have:
* Excellent experience of managing a complex website, coordinating across multiple teams, both internal (Arts Centre / University) and external (digital agency)
* Experience of the delivery of digital projects and content management centred on user experience and data-driven analysis
* Exceptional attention to detail and good command of language for multiple comms channels
* Experience of web and digital optimisation projects
It would also be beneficial (although not essential) if you had experience of ticketing and booking software (particularly Spektrix & Artifax), an understanding of user-centred design, knowledge of arts industry practice, SEO experience, and use of analytics packages.

Warwick Arts Centre is the largest multi-art form arts centre outside London, presenting events, activities, films, and exhibitions to over 200,000 people every year.
As an arts centre on a university campus, our ambition is to develop programmes that speak to and reach our audiences on campus, in the city of Coventry, and the wider region.
