Job Opportunity
As our People Operations Manager you’ll foster a collaborative and supportive environment for the team of People Advisors reporting to you, delivering solution focused, on brand resolutions to all aspects of employee relations. All People administration will be accurate and timely, offering insightful analysis to the business. You’ll then turn to all things in our People Strategy. Working closely with our People and Culture Director, you’ll be involved in all touch points along the employee life cycle, creating innovative solutions, driving engagement and growing our fantastic employer brand in the process. This People Operations Manager role can be delivered using an informal hybrid approach with two days per week in our city centre office with potential to spend more time there to deliver training and workshops as needed. There may be occasional travel to London.

Essential Skills
Ø Lead and develop a team of People Advisors to deliver effective, efficient and accurate administration, together with advisory work that fosters trust and builds great people relations.
Ø Set-up and project manage agreed People Strategy work streams, innovating and working at all points along the employee lifecycle and continually growing our employer brand.
Ø Working with the People and Culture Director, you will create and deliver:
· a calendar of training and events for staff development;
· a recruitment strategy that meets the needs of all businesses within the Group;
· talent management and succession planning structures and processes;
· a comprehensive communication strategy to inform, engage and excite regarding People initiatives.
Ø Identify and implement internal processes and procedures to support and embed line manager self-service with the use of People Source
Ø Support and develop our People Advisors to deliver great employment law advice that is solution focused, practical and on brand.
Ø Develop and implement SharePoint site for employment policies
Ø Review and develop employee life cycle internal administration processes and materials to maximise talent attraction, development, retention and ED&I properties. Identify gaps and make recommendations.
