PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Opinov8 Digital and Engineering Solutions provides cutting-edge digital and engineering solutions to our clients worldwide. As part of our next phase of growth, we’re building an outbound sales team to fuel our expansion across the UK, USA, and UAE. We’re looking for motivated and driven SDRs to help execute our outbound sales strategy and take us to the next level.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Working closely with the SDR Lead and sales team, your goal will be to build relationships with key decision-makers and set up meetings for further discussions with our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, playing a critical role in the company’s growth.
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling;
* Identify key decision-makers in target companies across the UK (and later the USA/UAE markets);
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales opportunities for the sales team;
* Collaborate closely with Marketing to align outbound efforts with broader campaigns;
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) regarding prospects and outreach efforts;
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead generation and meetings booked;
* Stay informed on Opinov8’s offerings, market trends, and competition;
* Actively contribute to building and refining outbound sales processes and strategies.
IF YOU ARE
* 1+ year of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the technology or technology services space;
* Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach in B2B environments;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent);
* Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently;
* Team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales);
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
* Interest in technology and innovation.
