Main Purpose of Job:
The Procare Contract Administrator will be required to provide a first-class, front-line service to our customers. In the role you will be expected to maintain orders, visits, invoices, standard business processes and working systems to a high degree of organisation and order.
The role requires working in a busy engineering office environment. Therefore, the post holder must display the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all documentation required for each Procare visit is held in the correct location.
* Process visits, ensuring all correct data is inputted and any follow up works communicated to the relevant stakeholder, where necessary liaising with the service co-ordinator.
* Create contract paperwork – Ensuring T’s & C’s are up to date and relevant to the agreed contract (Payment terms, contract length etc)
* Working with the Procare Regional Specialists, follow each individual contract from start to finish. Knowing which visits have taken place and works remaining.
* Answer external phone calls and take information required to pass over to relevant person.
* Manage and interpret customer requirements - listen to clients and understand, anticipate, and fulfil their needs.
* Continuous improvements in the processes and service we offer.
* Keep up to date with new technologies or process procedures.
* Provide feedback on common problems and advise on potential defects.
* Develop and maintain the customer relationship, and maintain accurate customer information on Pronet.
* Raise departmental issues / concerns with Proseal UK.
* Assist the service coordinator with the processing of visit sheets and liaise with field service engineers where necessary.
* Carry out any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a Customer Care/Sales focused role
* You should be computer literate with ability to create, modify and maintain MS office documents: PDF Files, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
* Understand and meet Health and Safety obligations in line with company requirements.
Desirable:
* Previous experience of using Salesforce CRM
* Higher Level of education (A level or above)
