What youll do
As a Waiter, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for delivering the ultimate 5-star experience ensuring that all guest needs are fulfilled during their day. This will include supporting Head Waiters in running a station, having great menu knowledge, ensuring food is served in a timely manner whilst ensuring our guests receive the ultimate experience.
* You'll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with our guests' specific requests and in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day.
As a Waiter, youll take pride in your role and enjoy providing outstanding service to our guests.
Your key responsibility will be ensuring a seamless and exceptional 5-star experience for everyone who visits. Heres what a day in your role might look like:
* Assist Head Waiters in managing a station to deliver smooth service and fulfil guest needs efficiently.
* Running food and beverages from the kitchen pass to the restaurant, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
* Accommodate special requests with flexibility and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Ensuring chinaware, silverware and glassware are polished and maintained to a high standard.
* Tackle challenges that arise during the shift with a problem-solving mind-set and a positive attitude.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Waiter, but well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
* Monday to Saturday: 06:00 01:15
* Sunday: 06:30 01:15
What Youll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 1 years of experience working in high-quality restaurants or hotels.
* Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and menu navigation (training will be provided where necessary).
* A positive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team environment.
* The ability to handle and prioritise tasks including food and beverage serving timings are kept to the standard.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service
