Our client, a boutique litigation firm based in Victoria are seeking an Team Administrator to join their team.
The Opportunity
The successful Team Administrator will provide administrative support to Partners and the wider team. Duties to include:
Responsible for front of house and telephone cover
Liaising with clients and contacts by telephone and in writing
Creating/Opening files
Maintaining office supplies and stationery
Maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Photocopying and filing
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring the firm's calendars are kept up to date
Acting as the first point of contact in relation to any IT queries
Assisting with the firm's HR and financial procedures.
Setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshmentsThis Team Administrator position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Requirement
Administration experience within a law firm (essential)
