Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning, innovative property development company, with the appointment of a Marketing Manager to join their team in Bristol.
Working as part of this exciting and ground-breaking development, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who possesses creative flair, excellent people management skills as well as an analytical approach to their work.
You Will Be:
1. Line Management of 3 direct reports
2. Day-to-day responsibility for managing and recommending spending budgets
3. Production and planning of all physical and digital marketing collateral and content, including brochures, flyers, online tools and websites
4. Leading the day-to-day contact managing a number of contractors and third-party agencies, such as, creative agencies and printing houses
5. Tendering and negotiation management for third party agency contracts
6. Oversight of the operation of digital systems, including for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management (CMS / DXP)
7. Project management of individual workstreams for collateral design and production
8. Analytics and evaluation of marketing activity
9. Optimising the systems and processes used by the marketing team to ensure efficient operations
10. Ensuring compliance with relevant marketing legislation and codes of practice
11. Input into strategic direction of the brand and brand strategy
You Will Need:
12. Experience within a leadership role in a professional high-performing marketing environment
13. Experience of working in both B2B and B2C contexts
14. Assertive and tenacious individual, with an ability to influence others and be resilient to challenging demands
15. Ability to multi-task, working efficiently and accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
16. General experience of core digital marketing tools, including CRM, CMS / DXP, marketing automation and social media management

Hours: Monday - Friday, full time
This position is office based with some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
