Job Title: Executive Assistant / Internal Communications Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant/Internal Communications Coordinator, you'll provide high-level support to the Executive Chairman and Finance Director while driving the company’s internal communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
* Coordinate complex diaries and organise meetings, conferences, and events.
* Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
* Handle travel arrangements (business and occasional personal travel).
* Take minutes and follow up on meeting actions.
* Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders.
* Respond to customer queries and communications professionally.
* Serve as the point of contact for data protection-related matters.
Internal Communications Duties:
* Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement an internal communications strategy.
* Craft engaging newsletters, internal updates, and staff letters.
* Develop content for internal social media platforms to share company news.
* Support the preparation of award nominations by drafting compelling submissions.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent and innovative communication.
* Engage with operations teams by visiting sites and gathering on-the-ground stories.
* Partner with property teams to highlight successes and milestones.
