Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
* Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.
* Organising deliveries and collections efficiently.
* Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system.
* Handling all customer enquiries with care and attention to detail.
* Chasing up quotes and following through to completion.
* Liaising with the operations team to ensure seamless service.
Experience Required
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
