We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Revenue Execution Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, designing effective sales territories, and supporting sales leadership in achieving their targets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate sales performance measurement, optimizing sales strategies, and enhancing overall revenue execution for our EMEA sales organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze sales performance measurement efforts, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
2. Oversee in-period sales execution to drive performance and attainment of sales targets.
3. Analyze and optimize sales performance metrics, including sales efficiency, win rate, average deal size, and sales cycle time.
4. Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, leveraging data analytics and market insights.
5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and sales efficiency.
6. Able to work independently on complex issues with minimal oversight.
Key Performance Indicators will be:
1. Win rate
Experience / Skills required:
1. Advanced Analytical and Quantitative Skills
2. 4+ years experience in strategic planning, revenue operations or related fields
3. Expertise in Sales Performance Measurement and Optimization
4. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
5. Proficiency with Analytical Tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or Tableau)
6. Understanding of Sales Territory Design and Optimization
7. Experience supporting an EMEA or international sales organisation would be beneficial.
