Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist (SEMH)

This role is an exciting opportunity to provide an advanced and specialist strategic and operational lead role to the Educational EPSS service.
In this role, you will need to keep updated around local and national initiatives and advise / lead on evidence-based practice that ensures Norfolk operates at the cutting edge of innovative and best psychological practice which demonstrably improves outcomes for children and young people.
You will support the cross-county development within the designated area of specialism, currently Social, Emotional and Mental Health, ensuring that the whole EPSS service is skilled and trained to the highest standards based on the latest research and evidence base. As Local First Inclusion progresses, you will contribute to integrated working in Teams Around the School and, in partnership with parents and carers, provide preventative support to children, schools and settings to reduce demand on statutory intervention to meet children’s needs.

You will have:
* A degree in Psychology- min 2:1
* A doctorate in Educational Psychology
* HCPC registration
