Description Job Summary Reporting to the Global Manager of Network Operations and in collaboration with the Regional Manager of Network Infrastructure, the SNS Operations Analyst will oversee the daily operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementation of network infrastructure across our global environment. This role primarily focuses on the administration and management of the company’s LAN, WAN, firewalls, load balancing, and wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of networking experience, with skills in administration, troubleshooting, and design. We seek someone eager to expand their skillset and take ownership of assigned tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritise and efficiently handle Keep-The-Lights-On tasks. Provide Tier-2 support for incidents and problem tickets. Collaborate with other teams to offer network security guidance. Ensure the uptime, monitoring, reliability, stability, and policy maintenance of supported systems. Participate in high-priority calls and manage problem-solving tasks. Maintain and update documentation of knowledge management, policy configuration, and operational tasks. Install new networking equipment following predefined instructions. Suggest improvements to Engineering and Architecture teams regarding current and emerging technologies. Incorporate external technical knowledge to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement. Recommend and participate in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery efforts, updating and maintaining network plans. Contribute to and manage ITIL processes, including change management and audit tracking. Promote service offerings to expand global infrastructure to meet business and technology needs. Be available for rotational on-call support on a 24/7 basis. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge of: LAN/WAN network technologies and related protocols. Firewall Technologies (NGFW, SASE). F5 Load Balancing (LTM, GTM). Establishing and troubleshooting IPSec Tunnels. SSL VPN (Global Protect, F5 BigIP Edge Client). SDWAN and SASE technologies (preferably Cisco Viptela and Prisma SDWAN/Access). Wireless networking technologies (802.11x). Automation, monitoring, and reporting tools (Solarwinds, SevOne, etc.). Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, SASE, etc.). Converged voice and data infrastructures. Quality of Service (QOS) design and configuration. TDM/IP PBX configuration (Avaya, Zoom Phone, etc.). Common network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Service management frameworks (ITIL) desirable. Network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VLANs, including their implementation and troubleshooting. Skills: Effective communication to convey information and ideas clearly to individuals or groups. Technical and professional expertise in position-related areas, staying current with developments and trends. Problem-solving using effective approaches to choose a course of action or develop solutions. Time management to prioritise and meet project deadlines. Research, writing, editing, and proofreading. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Network or Information Security, or a combination of education, training, and experience. Licenses/Certifications: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP: Routing & Switching | Security | Voice | Data Center). F5 (Certified Administrator | Certified Technical Specialist). Palo Alto Certified Network Administrator (PCNSA). ForeScout Administration. Travel: Required to visit local/regional offices as needed. Ability to travel to the US, Canada, and the UK when required.
