HR Business Partner - NHS Provider and not-for-profit, community interest company, our client works to improve healthcare in Barnsley.
In this HR Business Partner role, you will build personal credibility and support senior managers in making key decisions regarding workforce, HR strategy and people matters.
Details & Benefits:
* Location: Barnsley, with travel to local sites within the borough.
* Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.
* Salary circa £42,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive and solutions focussed service across all employment issues that adds value and is in line with strategic aims, objectives, and business plans.
In addition to developing and applying the organisation's HR policies and procedures, you will also provide advice, coaching and support to managers and staff throughout the employee life cycle, and undertake specialist project work.
