About the Role We currently have vacancies across the service, including our MASH Team, based in our modern offices at Chelmunds Place, Chelmsley Wood, Solihull. MASH: As an experienced social worker in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you will gather information from partner agencies to complete MASH enquiries under the direction of a manager and make recommendations on the needs of children and their families, agreeing the most appropriate intervention to meet those identified needs. You will also have: A professional Social Worker qualification and current Social Work England registration Significant post qualifying experience A solution-focussed approach A sound knowledge of current national and regional social work policies/practices and relevant childcare legislation A driving licence and own your own vehicle (this is an essential car user post due to the demands of the job).
