HR Administrator
Location: Yate
Salary: £14.50 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: Full Time Contract (6 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Administrator in Yate. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* On a daily basis, process all actions accurately and in line with payroll deadlines relating to employee lifecycle transactions, for example, Acting up's, honorarium, grade, and hour changes.
* Support the leaver process through our HR system.
* Input all payroll actions onto our HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink).
* Issue contracts for all new starters using our computerized recruitment system.
* Support the delivery of specialist processes and procedures ensuring that all customers receive an effective, functioning service and information is provided.
The candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role for a local authority is desirable.
* NVQ Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Customer Services, or equivalent experience.
* Experience of HR and/or recruitment administration processes and procedures gained in a similar organization, with an understanding of the interface required between HR and payroll functions.
* Payroll experience is desirable.
