Due to growth, they are actively recruiting an Account Manager to cover the Southern Counties (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, and Dorset). You will build strong relationships with existing customers at all levels, championing great coffee quality and ethical sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relationships with current customers, including Owners, GMs, and Baristas
* Identify opportunities for growth, working with the Channel Manager to build a pipeline
* Maximise sales by educating customers on the brand and product portfolio, including sampling, lead events, and networking
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Represent Union as an ambassador, promoting their values in the trade
About You:
* Experience in an Out-Of-Home environment, such as cafes, bakeries, or independent venues, ideally in speciality coffee
* Proven sales track record with targets achieved or exceeded
* Passionate about sharing a love of coffee
* Purpose-driven, caring about quality of life and coffee
* Self-motivated, adaptable, with drive and commitment
