Job Title: Administrator (Temporary)

First Recruitment Services is seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrator on behalf of our client for a temporary position in Horsham. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide flexible support across all teams.
* Provide day to day admin support including: managing diaries, organising documentation, scheduling meetings, reviewing certificates, and any other admin support as required.
* Maintaining accurate records, using the database and systems.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, and internal and external queries.
* Directing queries to the correct departments.
* Process invoices.
* Reviewing financial commitments to ensure all payments are made in timely manners.
* Liaise with the finance departments to resolve any queries.
* Organise and schedule meetings.
* Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
