Gifford and Partners have been appointed to source a CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or equivalent professional to take the lead on financial operations, governance, and strategy in a mission-driven organisation in the role of Finance Manager.
As Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and wider teams, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and cost efficiency. This role balances day-to-day financial management with strategic oversight, with some of the key responsibilities including:
* Production and review of the monthly management accounts including prep/presentation to the CEO/board
* Pick up on areas of TAX using a partnership approach with the auditors where necessary
* Developing the financial reporting and policies
* Oversee budgeting and forecasting
* Manage reserves and enhance governance
* Management of a small team
