We're looking for a talented Client Support Administrator to join our operations team to provide assistance to client delivery teams and support day-to-day office operations.
What does this role involve?
As a Client Support Administrator, you will join the operations team working alongside colleagues in your location hub to ensure service delivery in line with the company’s culture and core values of trust, partnership, and inclusivity.

Working with the wider team, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining public areas and greeting visitors
2. Operating the main telephone line
3. Coordinating client and team meetings
4. Timely submission of financial statements and other documents with relevant regulatory bodies, including assisting with management of the job stages on practice management
5. Filing and post-handling
6. Other tasks as required
All work will be completed accurately and in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Skills and experience
Joining the team as a Client Support Administrator, you will have previous experience in a similar client-facing role, in addition to:
1. Effective organisation and communication skills
2. Good time management with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
3. Collaborative approach to working with team members
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
