Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of one year's experience in Administration.
GCSE Maths and English or an equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
In this vital role, you will:
Perform typing duties with precision and efficiency.
Utilise computer systems for data input and retrieval, ensuring accurate information management.
Maintain filing systems to keep records organised and accessible.
Process mail and manage incoming and outgoing communications.
Collate and process information, supporting smooth operations.
Take and relay messages/information, ensuring clear communication within the team.
Handle a variety of queries with professionalism and courtesy.
Prepare and transport medical and other records as needed.
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings to facilitate effective planning.
Carry out general office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Enjoy a competitive rate of pay at £11.67 per hour, paid weekly.
