Aviation Recruitment Consultant
Location: Fareham
Salary: £30,000 + Commission

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Aviation Recruitment Consultant to work in our Fareham office. We are looking for someone passionate not just about the aerospace industry, but also about providing an excellent service at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company.
2. Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs.
3. To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's.
4. Screen, interview, assess candidates in-line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements.
5. Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing / de-briefing takes place with constructive feedback provided.
About you:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
3. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
4. Good understanding of industry and markets.
5. Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
6. Recruitment experience in either In-house or Agency.
7. Experience in the Aviation or Aerospace manufacturing, production, maintenance or repairs sectors would be deemed advantageous.
