As well as providing monthly payroll services and full payroll back-office support to their varied client base, the nature of the role includes ad-hoc payroll projects to support the Employee and HR Relations consultancy work that is carried out by the wider business.
Strong Excel skills and a wider understanding of payroll legislation extending beyond 'start-to-finish' and year-end payroll processes would be beneficial.
This role will perfectly suit someone with a payroll background from an Accountancy Practice or Payroll Bureau who wants an industry-style role with much more variety and exposure. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.
