You will report into the Project Manager and will work closely alongside other Project Engineers on site on a variety of different projects. What we offer : Competitive salary 30 days annual leave Bank Holidays Aviva Pension Free on-site parking Electric car charging facilities Life Assurance X3 annual salary Westfield Health Cashback Healthcare Scheme and Rewards Scheme What you bring : Qualified to Degree/HND/HNC level in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment, preferably a medium to heavy industrial environment High level of knowledge and experience using both 2d and 3d engineering design software (AutoCAD & Inventor) Capability to read and produce complex schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings An understanding of Project Management principles Competent with Microsoft Office and SAP What you will be doing : Working as part of the project team to deliver all assigned projects on time, within specification and on budget Producing and maintaining process and engineering drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring drawings and layouts are updated following completion Assisting the Project Manager in developing a project scope, budget, and timeline for each investment project Developing and tracking the costs for all mechanical and civil activities in each project through a well-defined and itemised budget Identifying and supervising mechanical resources required for each project, maintaining the contractor checklist Collaborating with stakeholders including multi-disciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors Ensuring risk assessments and method statements are in place for each task and the correct permits have been raised Ensuring that each project compiles with ROCKWOOL’s environmental and sustainability initiatives, internal policy and procedures, standards, and external legislations Who we are : We are the world leader in stone wool solutions.
