A secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join their team from March until the end of the academic year. This full-time supply role involves delivering Food Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring they develop essential culinary skills and a strong understanding of food preparation, nutrition, and health & safety.
The Role:
* Teach Food Technology to students across KS3 & KS4, following the national curriculum.
* Plan and deliver engaging and practical lessons that encourage creativity and skill development.
* Ensure lessons adhere to health & safety regulations in food preparation and cooking.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Work collaboratively with the department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
* Support students in coursework and exam preparation where necessary.

* Qualified Food Technology Teachers (QTS/QTLS preferred).

* Unqualified teachers with relevant experience in teaching food technology may also be considered.
