We operate a structured pod system, where a paraplanner and administrator team support the financial adviser. As we scale, we are keen to hire experienced professionals who can hit the ground running - individuals who not only perform their roles effectively but also contribute ideas and insights to improve our processes. The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
Other benefits include:
Employer Pension Contributions - 3%.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth running of our client services.
1. Providing administrative support to paraplanners and financial advisers.
2. Client onboarding, including sending welcome documents and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
3. Generating Letters of Authority (LOA) and handling information requests with providers.
4. Managing risk profile questionnaires and scoring based on client input.
5. Maintaining client records in our back-office system (currently using Intelligent Office).
6. Keeping fact-find information updated to ensure accurate financial planning.
7. Processing applications with providers and tracking progress.
8. Communicating with clients to provide status updates and handle queries in a professional manner.
9. Chasing providers to ensure timely processing of advice and applications.
10. Managing internal workflows to track and update client case progress.
11. Performing compliance checks and completing file checklists.
12. Raising and tracking client invoices as needed.

The Ideal Employee:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial administrator with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a client-focused mindset.
1. Have a minimum of three years’ experience in financial administration.
2. Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services or a higher qualification.
3. Have a strong understanding of the financial planning process and how it applies to client cases.
4. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Be confident in using Intelligent Office (IO) and have experience with platforms such as AJ Bell, Fidelity, or Transact (experience with Fundament is a plus).
6. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and providers effectively.
7. Be a proactive team player, who can also work independently when required.
8. Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are met.
