We offer varying learning programmes based on your qualification level, ranging from 15 months for graduates with a Level 5 qualification to 27 months for non-graduates. Successful applicants will have their previous education assessed to determine the correct programme length (15, 21, or 27 months).
What We Offer
A competitive salary and benefits package, including enrolment in the Local Government Pension Scheme, where you would contribute approximately 6.5% of your pay, with employer contributions around 29.6%.
