My client is a fast-growing domiciliary and live-in care company, privately owned in Ringwood. They specialise in elderly care and dementia care in the community around Ringwood and surrounding areas. They have a great ethos and are now looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager to carry on that journey. They are also looking at expanding in the future and possibly opening another branch.

The Ideal Domiciliary Care Manager Applicant:
* Must have extensive care management experience with excellent customer service and people management skills, ideally in domiciliary care or supported living settings.
* Be commercially aware.
* Demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
* Have the ability to build good working relationships.
* Have strong organisation and planning skills.
* Have the drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services.
* Work well and accurately under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Be flexible to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota.
* Ideally possess NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an existing management qualification.
