This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or even an aspiring Assistant Manager, looking for their first opportunity to step up into an Assistant Manager role.

4. Full accountability for maintaining brand standards and owning the health and safety within the store.
5. Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
