IT Support Analyst, Desktop, Second Line, Hybrid, Windows, MacOS, AD, Support
Hybrid working, 2/3-day split.
An Award-Winning IT consultancy are looking to bring in an IT Support Analyst with a background in desktop and second line Support Engineer.
You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the company's help desk department, working with the MSP's client's IT functional needs. You will also oversee developing and delivering a variety of projects each month, this will increase alongside your expertise.
This role is a Hybrid role, with a Pathway for internal skill-set development across the company.

* previous experience within a desktop support role
Key Responsibilities -
* Management and lead of 1-2 projects per month.
* On site Help desk Support
* Strong customer service and communication
* Ticket Management and ensuring SLAs are met
* Helping the management team with business improvements
* Logging, maintaining and resolving client IT issues
* Maintain Desktop configurations
