Salary
£166.32 daily rate
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons. (EY – KS2)
* Understand classroom management by maintaining a positive classroom environment, including managing student behaviour, ensuring student safety, and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress by marking, monitoring and providing feedback along with effective assessment strategies to ensure students are meeting learning objectives.
* Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to a positive school culture.

* NQT with relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Passion for education and desire to inspire young children.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Enthusiasm to participate in continuous professional development.
