Role Overview:
As a Lead Cloud Engineer with expertise in Azure, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimizing Azure cloud environments. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions that align with the business's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deploy Azure cloud solutions that ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
2. Automate provisioning and management of Azure resources using scripts and tools.
3. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and other technical teams to enhance cloud infrastructure.
4. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud systems to meet operational goals.
5. Enforce cloud compliance and security practices in alignment with industry standards.
6. Mentor junior engineers on Azure best practices and contribute to the technical team's growth.
Candidate Profile:
1. Proven experience in a Cloud Engineer role with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure design and deployment.
2. Strong scripting abilities with Terraform.
3. Knowledge of cloud networking, security, and identity management.
4. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
5. Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) are highly desirable.
This client needs the successful Lead Azure Cloud Engineer to work onsite for 3-4 days per week.
