Social Media & Website Strategist - Tiny House Pro
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media & Website Strategist to join our dynamic team in the growing Tiny Homes industry
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies, drive engagement across multiple platforms, and grow our online community. Additionally, you will manage and optimize our website, ensuring it is conversion-focused and aligned with our broader digital marketing goals. As part of your role, you will also oversee our CRM system to streamline customer interactions and enhance our lead management process.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our social media efforts, website performance, and CRM strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. Your expertise will be pivotal in leveraging both organic and paid strategies to increase traffic, improve customer engagement, and optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow our presence and engage with our audience across key platforms.
* Platform Expertise: Oversee social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, maximizing reach, engagement, and conversions.
* Content Creation & Campaigns: Collaborate with the content team to create relevant, compelling content tailored to each social media platform that aligns with the Tiny Homes brand.
* Paid Advertising & CPC Management: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including cost-per-click (CPC), display ads, and social media ads, to drive website traffic and lead generation.
* Website Management & Optimization: Regularly update and optimize the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and focused on conversions. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
* CRM System Management: Oversee and manage our CRM system to track customer interactions, improve lead nurturing, and enhance sales conversions. Ensure smooth integration between the CRM and other digital platforms.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media, website, and CRM performance, focusing on key metrics like engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
* Collaboration & Strategy Alignment: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure that social media, website, and CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
* Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, CRM tools, website optimization strategies, and paid media best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills
* Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
* Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
* Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
