* Supporting members of the team by writing and proof-reading responses for all stages of bids.
* Supporting the team through admin and managing tender portals and communications with prospective customers.
* Ensuring our bid library stays up to date.
* Building and managing your own tender processes.
* Ad hoc admin support for the Head of Bid Management.
Experience
We are looking for an individual with the following traits:
* Curiosity about the way our services are delivered and a desire to understand how things work.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to write clear and concise answers to questions.
* Organisational skills.

* Interpersonal skills.
The individual in this role needs to be able to work flexibly where required, in line with peaks and troughs of external demands. This may mean working overtime from time to time, which will always be repaid via time in lieu.
This role offers the opportunity to join an established, experienced, and supportive Bid team. You will be exposed to all stages of the bid process and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring no two days are the same! For the right person, this role is one that can be grown into, with opportunities arising - as appropriate - to manage your own bids and grow your career.
