Salary: £11.83 - £12.78 per hour / £24,600 - £26,600 FTE per annum,

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will work in a Supported Living and Learning Environment with young adults aged 19+ who have severe learning difficulties and challenging behavior. Your key responsibilities will include:

7. Assisting with all aspects of daily living and promoting independence
8. Establishing warm, caring, and supportive relationships with individuals
9. Encouraging and guiding supportive independence
