We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fully homebased role but there will be a requirement to attend sites when needed. You will work within one of our agile Technology delivery teams, playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team. You'll be working closely with various roles across the different business teams gathering and clarifying requirements, before refining and supporting prioritise them. Youll collaborate closely with Product and delivery team members during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure a shared understanding of the project and sprint goals. Youll also support discovering and validating possible solutions to ensure they meet user requirements. Youll enhance the team's efficiency and contribute towards delivering high-quality products that align with business objectives. Able to document requirements with a high degree of accuracy, supporting quality in delivery and minimising rework. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and fostering productive stakeholder relationships. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practices. Proficient in identifying issues and proposing viable solutions. Skilled in writing user stories, creating process flows, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in tools like Confluence and JIRA. Basic understanding of the technology stack and development processes is beneficial. Your Role As a Business Analyst your role will involve: Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for development teams. Developing and refining user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria following best practices. Serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. Analysing and mapping current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with teams to implement optimised workflows. Utilising data to gather insights and inform decision-making. Actively participating in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, to support continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
