The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, preferably with experience of teaching in Early Years and Key Stage One. With knowledge of developing children’s early reading, writing and communication skills, you be able to plan effectively to meet the needs of all children. Being accountable for effective learning, you will have the skills to assess, record and report on pupil progress, guiding children’s learning to the next level. As part of a small team, you will contribute to the growth of the school, supporting the leadership team with implementation of the curriculum, creating resources and designing learning environments that enable all to achieve, and all to progress.
