All of our work is planned so with us you will be able to apply your knowledge, skills and experience in a pre-arranged, non-emergency care environment, allowing you to focus on delivering a first-class service to your patients Youll be working 37.5 hours a week over 4 days, with no routine scheduled night work, or working Sundays or bank holidays, youll enjoy a better balance between your work and your home life, as you grow in your role and take your career development just as far and as fast as you want to. Main duties of the job Youll be a vital part of a professional, friendly and compassionate team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings, and youll do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard. Youll be responsible for undertaking pre-operative checks, ensuring the effective and accurate handover of patients from the anaesthetic and scrub team and assessing patients appropriately throughout their recovery period.
