In this key role, you will oversee the integration and management of Hospitality IT systems, administrative functions, and financial monitoring, while leading a team that ensures the smooth delivery of an exceptional Hospitality service across our 3 campuses.
Make a difference
* Lead your team, providing support, guidance, and performance management.
* Drive the optimisation and strategic development of Hospitality IT and administrative systems within Hospitality Services.
* Support the Financial performance of the service, including P&L monitoring, invoice management, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance targets.
* Support event coordination and internal/external marketing initiatives, enhancing the profile of Hospitality Services across all channels.
* Implement and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
* Monitor and report on key sustainability indicators.
You'll thrive if you have:
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Strong expertise in managing Hospitality IT systems (e.g., Kinetics, Procure Wizard, Agresso) and using data to drive operational improvements.
* Proven experience leading professional services teams focusing on performance management and team development.
* Experience in financial oversight, including working to Financial targets, purchase orders, and using accounting systems.
* A proactive approach to planning and implementing Hospitality specific policy and process improvements within a large, dynamic service.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* A strategic mindset with experience in Hospitality specific data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
* Knowledge of Hospitality health & safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance across all activities.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, and being flexible to support the delivery of the Hospitality service.
