Talent Acquisition Specialist

Contract: Full Time, 6 month FTC

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant office with hybrid working on a 6 month FTC to help support a new business area. This role would suit someone with significant previous experience in a similar internal or external recruitment role within a blue chip business, ideally within Financial Services, managing the full recruitment cycle and senior stakeholders.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with XPS you will:
* Provide resourcing support to our new insurance consulting business.
* Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
* Provide recruitment support to different business areas as required.
* Support TA Team with Social Media strategy for recruitment.
* Oversee advert postings on company website and external job boards.
* Manage queries via the recruitment HR Service Portal.
* Maintain the recruitment dashboard for effective tracking and reporting.
* Support with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
* Correspond with external recruitment agencies.
* General administration duties to ensure GDPR compliance.
* Support our continued development in line with our DEI strategy.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria:
* Significant experience in a similar Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role.
* IT literate and confident with MS Office software.
* Able to work effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working with Senior Stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm to develop and enhance services.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* A-C GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
* A-Levels or equivalent.
Desirable:
* Experience within Financial Services Sector, ideally Pensions or Financial Services.
