Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice.
The offering is for Associate Dentists to undertake General Dentistry, and the practice has a contract of 6,545 UDAs and two chairs. We are looking to recruit either a full-time dentist to undertake 4,500 UDAs or two part-time dentists. Payment will be at £13 per UDA or 50% of private gross revenue. The practice itself is situated on the outskirts of Wembley and near Acton, offering excellent parking facilities and footfall as it is next to a GP surgery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Duties
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatment effectively.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD technologies and anatomical knowledge relevant to practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
* Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is essential.
* Familiarity with CAD systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dentistry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
