Role: Account Executive (Web, Content & Client Support)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our client’s team and play a key role in managing large-scale websites and delivering outstanding client service.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive you’ll support our Senior Account Manager in managing and updating client websites, handling support queries, and contributing to content and marketing campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a digital marketing or web content background who’s ready to grow into a client-facing, commercially-focused role.
You’ll work across a variety of exciting B2B and B2C projects, helping clients achieve digital success while building your skills in WordPress, SEO, content strategy and more.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily content and structural updates for client websites using WordPress
– Format and upload content, update imagery and build new pages
– Troubleshoot and respond to support tickets, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
– Assist with SEO tasks and basic performance reporting
– Support content marketing projects: blogs, landing pages, case studies, gated content and video
– Conduct regular website checks for accuracy, consistency and performance
– Post PR stories and updates on clients’ LinkedIn pages
– Identify opportunities for site improvements or optimisations and share with the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years’ experience in a web content, digital marketing or similar role
– Strong working knowledge of WordPress (basic HTML/CSS skills a plus)
– Excellent written English and copywriting ability
– Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
– Positive, proactive communicator who enjoys teamwork and building client relationships
– Keen interest in progressing into Account Management
– Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, WooCommerce, SEO tools or Google Analytics
– Preferably: Experience within a Digital Marketing Agency environment but not essential
