About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our New Forest Collection team. As the Food and Beverage Manager at Bartley Lodge Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including managing a team of food and beverage assistants and supervisors. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
