This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing.
In this role you will work within a team of Helpdesk Administrators, coordinating and managing the sales order process, from receipt of customer purchase orders to raising SOP on the system and communicating to all parties expectations. You will update customers on the progress to invoicing and dispatching of the goods. You will be required to provide support to customers and engineers via telephone and email. You'll be provided with full training on products and systems, and ongoing training and development going forward.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess good customer service skills, and have an interest in technical products/technology. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.
The Role:
* Coordinate and support sales order processing, sales ledger invoicing, control all internal SOP's and quality management, as well as support customers and engineers via telephone and email
* 6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
* Hybrid working available once passed probation

* Good Customer Service skills
* IT Literate (Sage, Word, Excel)
