Having recently won a partnership with a major retailer, it is an exciting time to join us These roles will head up a new team of 8 Account Executives currently being recruited to specifically look after our new partner. These permanent positions are well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in the Sales sector and gain industry-leading experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. The purpose of this role is to support the Strategic Account Lead to deliver this contract over multiple terms. To achieve this you will; Provide sound leadership and coaching to a team of National Account Executives to secure / deliver / drive / realise efficiencies and project delivery for our new major retailer. Acquire and use contract performance data to provide the insight that drives further opportunities and areas of focus. Building, developing and delivering on KPIs / SLAs to drive a continuous improvement agenda. What are we looking for? You will have previous, proven leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams. You will have the ability to self-organise, work autonomously and prioritise workload with regular support from line manager, having excellent time management skills and being well organised The ability to meet targets and deadlines and to manage a high volume of low-level queries at one time will also be required You will also have a high level of influencing and negotiation skills, with an innovative, solution focussed approach and good levels of commercial acumen.
