We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to engage with leading National Buying Groups such as UKPS, Bathcom, NBG, Fortis, IBG, IPMG, and others within the bathroom and plumbing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and delivering a tailored sales strategy, ensuring strong partnerships and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining relationships with Buying Groups and key industry stakeholders.
* Negotiating annual agreements and ensuring key actions are implemented effectively.
* Conducting strategic review meetings with Heads of Organisations and key decision-makers.
* Collaborating with the Area Sales Team to drive engagement across Buying Group members and their network of outlets.
* Attending industry conferences and events to represent and strengthen our company’s presence.
* Analysing and reporting sales performance data, ensuring accurate monthly tracking for each Buying Group.
This national role requires frequent travel to Buying Group Head Offices and key outlets, working closely with the Area Sales Team to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Suitable Candidates
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional who has:
* A successful track record in a similar National Account or Area / Regional Sales role within the Bathroom or Plumbing industry.
* Existing relationships with key Buying Groups such as UKPS, Bathcom, NBG, Fortis, IBG, and IPMG.
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.
* The ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering results.
* Willingness to travel nationally to Buying Group offices and key distributor locations.
