Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality About the role: We're seeking multiple Growth Content Creators who will play a pivotal role in accelerating HeliosX's profitable growth. You will be joining a team of three, and a wider Brand team of nine. The successful candidates will be responsible for improving the performance of our direct response paid social ads by harnessing the power of social native trends, channel-specific design and customer and performance insights to create memorable and engaging skincare, weight loss and mens health content. We’re looking for a creative force, passionate about healthcare and content creation, who spends significant time on Instagram and TikTok (maybe even a little too much) - a social native who deeply understands organic trends and is eager to bring this expertise to the world of social performance What you'll be doing: Analysis: You will utilise data, user research, industry benchmarking and experiment results to continue building our paid social playbook (Meta and TikTok). Monitor and analyse competitors’ ads and organic content trends across social media platforms to identify opportunities for content differentiation and share in ideation sessions. Conduct periodical analysis of customer insights to understand their preferences and behaviours, using this data to further inform new angles, key messages or concepts to test on our platforms. Review experiment results and performance data with Paid Social Manager to identify new opportunities and areas for development/iteration. Work within the wider creative team - sharing creative opportunities, native trends and insights to ensure alignment on creative campaign execution across all growth channels. Work with growth and creative teams and external agencies to develop a creative testing strategy for iterative testing of high performing assets. Report on key performance indicators (i.e. hook rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates) on growth weekly performance meetings and experiment results sessions. Social Content Creation: Utilise your creative expertise to develop and bring to life content ideas, producing engaging ‘UGC’ and brand-led video and static content. Manage external vendors to enhance our content production capabilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Oversee the end-to-end paid social content creation process, from filming to final production, ensuring social native principles and adhering to brand guidelines. Stay close to the performance of our organic social content to identify high performing assets for potential paid marketing experimentation. Maintain a continuous pipeline of content creators and talent to support our UGC content needs, fostering a diverse and dynamic pool of contributors. Leverage AI tools to improve efficiencies across assets e.g. ads and landing pages. Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to improve the experimentation pipeline of landing pages that are linked from paid social ads. Ideation: Host periodical creative brainstorming and ideation sessions with the Paid Social Manager, Brand, Creative and wider Growth Team to generate a pipeline of innovative content ideas. Prioritise and refine these ideas, transforming them into actionable content strategies, concepts and campaigns that align with our brand's growth objectives. Harness the power of customer insights and social native trends to ensure we’re always at the forefront of content innovation within our industry. What you'll bring to the role: 1-2 years of paid ads/content creation experience is a must (yes, it could be creating content for your own brand if you’ve been able to successfully grow your social media presence) Experience working on branded paid social content/campaigns Have worked in startups/scale-ups that are growing rapidly or an agency that specialises in paid social content creation Have worked on D2C products (preferably for at least one lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brand) Experience with optimising content towards a set of key performance metrics You already have a portfolio of social native content to impress us with (we want to see it in your application) You have a growth mindset and get truly energised by performance challenges Demonstrated passion for the world of healthtech (even if you haven’t worked in it … yet) Be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to ideate and execute against the evolving business needs LI-hybrid Why work with us?
