Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Responsibilities Undertake identification of parts and preparation of information for Customer estimates Ensure estimates are prepared, processed sent to Customers and chased Undertake ordering of parts to pre-determined locations and periodically update expected delivery information Goods inward processing and stock control Maintain computer and operational system records Experience Proven experience in an administrative role Strong IT Skills including MS Office and Excel Customer Service Skills Strong Communication Skills Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 1 hour lunch break Benefits: Company pension Employee mentoring programme Life insurance On-site parking Store discount
